• Assemble financial models and investment memorandums for asset strategies, potential acquisitions, leasing scenarios and dispositions.• Perform asset management duties including reviewing budgets and overseeing property staff and accountants of 3 million square feet of value-add office investments in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seattle.• Manage year end strategic plan process which included a review of all projections at both the property and fund level. • Work on ad-hoc projects for senior management including but not limited to lease analysis, hold-sell analysis, market reports and tax deferral analysis. • Worked with development partner in Seattle to secure limited partner funding for the construction of multiple speculative office developments.
