Experienced Transport Planner, with a demonstrated history of working in the Aggregates and Recycling industry. Skilled in Operations Management, Fleet Operations, Fleet Management, Road Transport, and Route Planning. Graduated from Ysgol Gyfun Ystal-y-fera then went on to Neath Port Talbot group of colleges.I joined the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards after leaving college where I went on to travel the world and gain valuable life experience and skills that will forever stay with me. As a result I gained valuable skills in man management, leadership and team building. My time in the Household Division has made me a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.Having been deployed in theatres' such as Iraq, Bosnia, Kosovo and Afghanistan I have a non-judgemental attitude and have the ability to work with a wide range of complex needs, I am able to adapt to their individual requirements and alter my way of working whilst building rapport.In the forces I was often faced with making tough decisions as I could be providing care and support for the soldiers around me, and the general population. Unplanned operations and manoeuvres could lead to dangerous situations or possible fatalities. I thrive working under pressure and working in a team environment, but also understand the importance of being able to work on my own initiative and make decisions that comply with rules and regulations in a working environment and the laws of each land in every theatre.
