Prior to this I was a team manager for a frontline contact centre team assisting our members with their gaming, insurance, assistance and membership needs.I have spent time in roles for general insurance (household, motor, roadside, home assistance) and banking (transactional accounts, lending, cards, term deposits, savings) to ensure I am well equipped across multiple industries to be a valuable asset to my organisation and to my peers.Outside of work my days are spent with my two dogs, going to gym, and being outdoors (hiking, beaches etc)
