Handling inbound/outbound enquires assisting members with their enquires and needs in regards to their banking. Holding needs-based conversations with our members and providing personal financial advice to ensure that they are educated about their banking and the product is well suited to them. Data entry to record our personal recommendations on file to hold us accountable with our conversations.

Handling inbound/outbound enquires and engaging with members and delivering tailored solutions to their needs with a range of core products including insurance and assistance products.

Responsible for day-to-day operations and assisting potential banking members with their personal lending needs. This role included assessing leads and ensuring that the loan is suitable for them, gathering and verifying supporting documentation, and performing loan approvals and fundings. Working with Fiserv systems and proactively working with managers and internal departments to ensure a smooth experience for our banking members

Assisting with sourcing leads and converting into contracted sales. Held needs based conversations with leads about their exercise goals and working to find a membership package suited to the member. Gathered leads through online, phone, B2B and self-advertisement.
