Resource Scheduling: Efficiently schedule reactive and planned works, considering location, expertise, and response targets. Optimize field staff days to drive maximum productivity, ensuring effective team utilization. Data Management: Accurately record day-to-day information, ensuring precise logging of requests for scheduling and automated client report generation. Job Completion and Follow-up: Ensure timely completion of all jobs within required response times and costs. Follow up on incomplete jobs, reallocating as necessary for efficient resolution. SLA Adherence: Manage reactive calls to meet client and governing bodies Service Level Agreements (SLAs). PPM Management: Generate Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks and ensure timely completion as per contract requirements. Issue Escalation: Promptly escalate issues with specific jobs, clients, or engineers, ensuring swift resolution. Sub-contractor Management: Allocate reactive works to sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to agreed contract SLAs. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive audit trails as needed. Keep internal systems up-to-date with relevant information, reflecting the current works position. Adhere to company policies, recording field-based resource information, and generating ad-hoc contract-specific reports.
