In June of 2013 I was recruited to work as a Local Security Management Specialist within the NHS. I am responsible for looking after one of the largest geographical trusts in England ensuring that the correct guidance and policy is in place around access control, CCTV, security officers, counter fraud, counter terrorism, security of controlled drugs. Three of the policies that I produced for the Trust went on to be used a National Exemplar and I work closely with NHS England and other national security groups to ensure that security standards are kept highI am able to work as a consultant and write and advise on security policies Specialties: Recruitment, Employment Law, Sales, People Management,Client Liaison and Communication, conflict resolution, mentoring
