18 years working for a large export meat processing enterprise. Started as labouring on the Processing Floor and worked through to a Quality Assurance role representing DAFF under Tier 2 Export Licensing. Carried out a role of staff trainer and time as temporary Work Group Supervisor of the Processing Floor.Have many years experience as a liason between Senior Management and the Processing Floor as a member of the Shops Committee negotiating/discussing EBA's and other Policy Implementation when required. Also spent some time as an OH&S Representative for the Work Group.I have a good comprehension of regulations and legislation pertaining to Australian Standards, National Awards, EBA's, Relevant Acts and am adept at comprehending and following regulatory, organisational and customer requirements.I also comprehend the importance of confidentiality in regards to organisational matters and the adherence to company policies with regards to this issue. While with my previous employer I spent my weekends working in the Maintenance Department where I learnt a lot of skills pertaining to maintaining and repairing mechanical systems (majority being production line systems), construction and demolition during the removal and addition of new infrastructure.During this time I also purchased a gym and spent 5 years managing that as an aside to my full time employment, I learnt many small business skills during my time owning this business and built it up over the 5 year period to a successful business which I have since sold and moved on from. I have recently been conducting training in web development learning HTML, CSS and JavaScript looking toward the possibility of moving into the IT Industry. I am currently focusing on Front End Web Development with plans on expanding my knowledge base to become a Full Stack Developer then plan to increase my knowledge about CS and Networking to move into the Cyber Security Field.
