I am interested in working in the offshore sector as it will offer a challenging working environment where I can gain further experience and progress with my career. I have extensive experience on LPG Tankers where I gained the skills of dangerous liquid cargo transfers, ballasting operations for optimum ship stability and navigating very large ships in congested waters such as the Gibraltar Strait and English Channel. As a 2nd officer I have experience in the North Sea sector having worked on standby duties on board the Ocean Sun andf Ocean Falcon.I always give my best regardless of the task in hand, I am a very quick learner and believe I would make an excellent addition to your team. I am very committed to my career and have sponsored myself through the DP induction (basic) course as well as my BOSIET and MIST. I am an ambitious, driven individual and will strive to make the most of my abilities. I work well on my own initiative but I am a good team member and have always built good relationships in the workplace on or off shore with UK or foreign crews or co-workers.
