Working directly with primary stakeholders, software developers, and end users, I led multiple efforts to develop and release iterative software solutions for different departments and initiatives. This was done through incremental value delivery based on maintaining prioritized product backlogs. We kept primarily within Scrum ideology including a focus on customer centered development. I was instrumental as the dedicated Product Owner for high profile integrations related to design and commissions third party tools (Aurora/Enerflo) and financial products and services (including SOX compliance). I was also over large- and small-scale custom tool enhancements surrounding our Salesforce implementation for the sales, operations, construction, and accounting teams. I have experience with SQL/SOQL database management and AWS tools.

I spearheaded various projects directly under the Operations VP that were geared towards supporting the department with different goals and initiatives. Also collaborated with different department representatives to push pipeline projects forward, including direct interaction with technology team.
