A Chartered Engineer with over 20 years’ engineering experience primarily working as a Resident Engineer with a wide range of knowledge from water / wastewater, roads, landfill remediation, and building schemes. Through this experience I have developed extensive knowledge of Design and Build contracts, the Public Works Contract, Irish Water Contracts and PPP schemes. I have strong project management skills and a good working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements. I am currently the Project Resident Engineer on the Arklow Wastewater Treatment Plant project.

  Site based role for the delivery of a new Wastewater Treatment Plant in Arklow, Co. Wicklow, with a capacity in Phase 1 of 24,000PE, and Phase 2 of 36,000PE. Works also include new interceptor sewers, some installed by tunnel boring machine (TBM) - 1.2m and 1.5m diameter - reclaiming land from the Avoca River through the installation of sheet piles and secant piles, micropiling under the Arklow Bridge, replacement of 360m of revetment comprising of rocks up to 6T, and a 900m long outfall pipe laid under the seabed.
