Management & delivery of Telstra/NBN Construction work.Outside the construction aspect, my role includes resource and relationship management through sub-contractors, internal & external stakeholders while also ensuring project deadlines are met.This role is also heavily focused on HS&E and ensuring everything delivered is of a high standard.

Managing the HFC MIMA contract under Telstra & NBN. My involvement included budget & resource management, strategic planning, internal/external stakeholder management along side all field aspects of the project.Implementing key PM strategies to ensure all timelines and forecast's were met.

Supporting the HS&E team with the supervision and management of the contractor workforce. Ensuring the workforce across all contracts within the business, executed a high level of Health & Safety in all aspects of their work.

Workforce planning and allocation for Telstra related work. Scheduling and managing large pools of work along side the sub-contractor workforce and in-line with the clients expectations.
