Current• Sales and Business Development- New client development for KT services, development and implementation of national sales plan- Identification of specific prospects to reach out to create new business opportunities- Relationship building with key local stakeholders including traders, fishing companies, governments, NGOs and associations to create new business opportunities and to expand KT brand awareness- Local liaison point to ensure quality delivery of services• Social Sustainability Project ManagementManagement of various social sustainability projects including:- Fishing vessel code of conduct audits, social accountability audits. Social system lead auditor (SA8000) with experience of social auditing on fishing vessels with different gear types in Taiwan, Solomon Islands- Fishing vessel social accountability improvement programs, capacity building- Development of company social policies, sourcing code and due diligence framework- Migrant fishing worker responsible recruitment exercises, research projects and more• Environmental Sustainability Project ManagementMan on the ground to assist project managers with Fishery Improvement Project (FIP) managements across Pacific, Indian and Atlantic oceans with different types of gears. Mainly responsible for:- Engagement with key local stakeholders including traders, fishing companies, governments, NGOs and associations for workplan implementation- Data collection- Workshop and training on best practice for bycatch mitigation in longline fisheries delivery (ISSF certified trainer)
