As the Product Owner for HR Logix Logistic Management Portal, I lead the design and development teams using the Scrum methodology to drive sprints and ensure efficient project delivery. My key responsibilities include: 1. Creating user stories, epics, and bugs in Jira to facilitate clear communication and prioritisation. 2. Managing the backlog daily, organising and guiding the development team through sprints. 3. Hosting daily stand-up meetings and wrap-up meetings to ensure alignment and address any roadblocks. 4. Conducting weekly alignment meetings every Friday to report progress to the management team.Additionally, I support the design team in refining and upgrading the portal’s UI, working on the development of its 2.0 version to enhance usability and aesthetics.
