Asian Creative Network (ACN) is a online organization built for Asians in creative industries to find community and advance their careers. Asians have historically faced cultural and societal boundaries to entering creative industries, often being discouraged from their dreams by both stereotypes and low demand. ACN was created out necessity; a need for not only like-minded supporters but opportunities to showcase incredible talent. In moderating ACN, I have been able to not only make a real-life impact onto a community I belong to and care about about deeply, but also to be inspired to pursue creative endeavors of my own as well. - Expanded the group to 38,000 members and 50 subgroups- Facilitated 150+ meetups, collaborations, projects-Moderates online community and tracks engagement

Selected as a human rights and foreign policy research fellow with the University of Washington. Traveled to Washington D.C. and spoke with think tanks like Foreign Policy in Focus, Heritage Foundation, Congressional Staff for Rep. Suzan Delbene & Rep. Adam Smith, directors of Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Friends Committee on National Legislation, and others to develop a U.S. foreign policy, human rights centered paper about legal protection strategies for women and children in South Korea's digital sex crime networks. Worked collaboratively with research cohort of 18 to produce various human rights and foreign policy papers on a multitude of issues. Lead a LinkedIn workshop for research fellowship professional development.
