But along the way, something felt off—there wasn’t enough time for real connection, joy, or simply living in the moment. As I got older, I started to ask myself, “Is this what life is supposed to be?”My journey has been filled with moments of burnout and stress. I would push myself too hard, recover, and then find myself back in the same loop. Eventually, I had to stop and listen to what my body and mind were telling me: Success isn’t worth it if you’re sacrificing your health, happiness, or relationships in the process.That realization shifted everything for me. I began to explore ways to balance my ambitions with wellbeing, and over time, I learned how to build a life where both can thrive. I didn’t want to be one of those people who, at the end of their life, would say, “I wish I didn’t work so much,” or “I wish I’d spent more time with the people I love.”That’s why I became a coach. Through years of learning and personal growth, I found tools to help others who are on the same journey I was on—people who are successful but feel like something’s missing. Coaching, for me, isn’t just about helping people achieve more. It’s about helping them live fully—without regrets.I’ve come to understand that many high achievers struggle with burnout, loneliness, and a need for deeper connection.
