MAXREP is a Sales Channel Development and Distribution Firm that represents global manufacturers developers of consumer electronics, accessories, computer peripherals, and software in Mexico and Latin America for brands such as Harman Kardon, HTC, Motorola, Midland, TYLT, Cygnett, Belkin, Gigaset, Lexar and others.- Lead the development market project in commercial and positioning terms of the brands represented for Colombia.- Customer prospecting and detailed sales plan by customer and product line- Compliance with monthly sales goals by customer and product line- Follow and handle each customer- Analyse and monitor the stock, product rotation and displacement of designated customers. - Prevention of risks in payments- Generation of each client orders, delivery coordination, prices, credit terms, discounts, protections, product returns, rebates, special promotions and marketing inputs.

-Select all the products and new brands to be Introduced in the company's retail network-Pylones, Inkanta, Inkanta kids and wholesales department.-Negotiate contract terms, pricing, profit, margin and delivery times.-Study the customer's needs on each channel, Demands and buying patterns to offer products at competitive Commercially feasible prices.-Attend to Trade Fairs around the world to select new products and brands.-Work with the visual merchandising team to activate sales by creating the best presentation of new products in stores.

- Responsible for the purchase and sales of 17 brands of Inkanta design stores.- Ensure the purchase and import process for each brand.- Analyze and ensure the profitability of each product in stores through sales, stock in stores, shoppers, prices, rotation, merchandising and marketing strategies.

- Implementation and monitoring of promotional activities, testing procedure, distribution and coordination in retail stores.
