Fortunate enough to be able to decide what career I want to pursue, I was 18 when I made a rather pragmatic decision to apply for a Business Informatics faculty after focusing mainly on literature and English during high school. Although, difficult in the beginning, I found great pleasure in the challenges and rewards that fuel this field. There is no feeling like creating something and see it help others.After accepting the job offer that followed a successful internship, in 8 months time I was offered the position of Team Lead and decided to focus on automating processes, improving the quality of offered service and of course, creating a healthy and open environment where every team member can feel safe and confident enough to share and challenge ideas. I am certain that efficient communication is a key ingredient for a highly productive team.My job role has changed to Service Delivery Manager and my portfolio consists of Sales and Marketing tools used by my current company, however, for the bigger part of the time I was also in charge of all Operational processes. Even now, you can catch me observing how teams interact, translating business goals to engineers and generally doing my best to make both clients and support teams feel heard.
