I strongly believe training, coaching and mentoring, delivered at their highest standards with a tailor made approach, are powerful tools to support people development both from a personal and professional standpoint. Therefore I decided to become an ICF Coach and a mentor (with diploma achieved in ICF certified school - Future Coaching Academy - as PCC coach, team&group coach). Bbloom is the startup I founded to support individuals, managers and companies in achieving their goals through Learning&Development programs, leveraging on a vast and diverse network of exceptional trainers. As Bocconi Alumni I am honored to continue supporting on campus EMBA students during their program as mentor.Following my experience as TEDx speaker in 2022, I decided to actively take part in the organization of TEDx Legnano event as speaker coach, which I consider one of the most fullfilling and impactful experiences I have ever lived. I am proud to be one of the Co-Founder of Ateleia and the cultural movement called “Imperfezione Creativa”. My professional background sees me as Retail Outlet industry expert, business area where I spent the majority of my professional life (with McArthurGlen Group - leader, owner, developer and manager of Designer Outlet in Europe and previously in VF Corporation). In my General Manager role I currently look after one of the most beautiful Outlet Centres in Europe, Venice - after being Centre Manager for 10 years of the largest Designer Outlet in Europe, Serravalle Designer Outlet. In my additional role of corporate Co-lead of the first affinity group ever in McArthurGlen, operating under the umbrella of the IE&D department, my role is to facilitate conversations, initiatives and actions to improve a bias free culture, a better balance and quality of life for all Families member @McArthurGlen. My academic background includes: - Banking Economics master’s degree from the Università Cattolica Del Sacro Cuore in Milan- EMBA from SDA Bocconi. - It includes also a diploma in Sustainability Management (at ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management).
