I founded my own law practice in Brașov , in 2019 , following my activity as a business lawyer in top tier Bucharest based law firms for almost 14 years.As Associate Lawyer in large and mid sized law firms in Bucharest, I successfully managed projects and court files on public procurement matters, municipal public services, constructions law, financial corrections applied to public authorities which implemented EU financed projects, cases on FIDIC contracts and administrative litigation (2013 - 2019).I represented clients in front of the Romanian Competition Council , as well as the EU's DG Competition (i.e. obtaining clearance for various transactions; starting an investigation on the maritime services providers' market by the Romanian competent authority in 2018-2019; obtaining positive answer from the European Commission on state aid related aspects for the downstream market of steel industry in 2013).I worked in expropriation projects for building of highways and national road infrastructure, inclusively as a member of expropriation commissions (2006-2008), and represented clients in expropriation related claims.
