I am currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Canadian Defence Attache at the Embassy of Canada to Spain. My main responsibilities are preparing reports and letters in English and Spanish and interpretations as well as develop political reports on defence news in Spain and the impact on Canada. I am the primary contact with representatives of the Spanish government, other missions, embassy staff in mission and accredited countries in Spain and also keep track of the financial budget and hospitality.Previously I held a number of administrative, and volunteer positions in the public sector and at non-governmental organizations.My educational background includes a B.Sc. in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations from Carleton University.Across all of my roles, I've been primarily interested in solving problems, learning new things and adapting to different countries and cultures as I have lived in 4 different countries.
