CurrentReport to the owner of the business and responsible for providing office and clerical services. Key results:• Provide telephone support, direct calls to appropriate person, emails, and manage incoming and outgoing packages• Arrange and assist in Client Meetings• Assist Designer in client new home, condo, and office colour charts• Manage office record filing and deadfile organization• Maintain and Up Keep sample room organization and stock• Report directly to owner and upper management • Assist in Site Installation
