CurrentDevelops and implements staffing strategies including development of sourcing approaches, interview and selection processes and company branding. • Confers with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, search assignments. Visits hiring managers to understand job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements.• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with hiring managers; develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified professionals.• Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.• Prescreens all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.• Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring manager.Day-to-Day Duties:• Create/post positions• Partner and maintain relationship with hiring managers including VPs and Executives• Requirements gathering• Build and maintain relationship with candidates• Review resumes• Source candidates• Cold calling• Coordinate/attend hiring events• Schedule interviews• Provide company guidelines and recommendations on salary• Negotiate and make offers• Process hires• Liaison between candidates, hiring managers and other internal partners• General/administrative duties• Subject matter expert for Call Center and non clinical roles• Project leads on initiatives and special projects• Mentor and provide training to other team members• Support and facilitate process and programs• Partner with health plans on recruitment efforts and initiatives, attending/leading calls, position control and administrative accountability committee meetings.
