Manage the OpEx budgets of the department for each fiscal year related to projects status and Company requests. Prepare regular reports on quality, budgets, and actual costs.

Negotiation Support - analyze maintenance service quotation, service solution proposal, contracts review, risk evaluations. Check the install base and technical needs before service requisition.Ensure that supplier offer provide maintenance service description according to our request. Collect all the necessary documents and information regarding the handover process. Act as an escalation point for Telekom critical service requests (software and hardware). Manage maintenance service implementation as defined in the contract and daily operation of projects. Ensure the realization of the KPI and SLA (eg. 4hours for severity 1, critical tickets) as well as the quality of service delivery . Organize and participate in regular maintenance meeting with customer. Manage communication between team members and suppliers. Service delivery verification and acceptance report.Budgeting - estimate the project’s cost, cost analysis, quarterly fee.
