-Responsible for the recruitment and selection process of administrative, marketing, operational and commercial positions for Rappi in Latam.-Profiling, understanding the needs of the position and the business. -Sourcing and interviewing candidates, evaluation with technical tests and validation of the profile in terms of skills and cultural fit with the company.-Follow up with candidates during the process and at the time of hiring-Analyze sectors, market mapping and organizations.-Use ATS such as Lever and Workday
