Current*Served as a liaison between residents and the Department of Residence Life staff.*Created and distributed digital and printed flyers through Canva software that promoted community involvement and supported student academics*Mediated resident and employee conflicts and wrote confidential reports through Maxient and StarRez*Collaborated with staff to develop and implement over 15 programs and events*Created Google Forms for resident use to provide resources and support for mental health and roommate conflicts*Displayed a positive attitude and served as a good role model for residents in terms of behavior, community participation, and academic commitment*Assisted over 500 residents with transitioning into new living environment*Responded to emergencies, complaints, security problems, and other resident needs as prescribed by the Resident Manager of Residence Life. *Developed and maintained a good working relationship and a positive job attitude with all staff*Enforced University Apartments policies and regulations; responded to and reported violations. Submitted and followed up on Person of Concern reports.
