I correspond with different ISO groups to obtain a portfolio of offers. Once offers are received they are submitted to the sales agent, wherein the best offer is pitched to the merchant to ensure optimum customer satisfaction. As coordinator, I am the direct line of contact between our sales representatives and our ISO groups. If a merchant would like terms of offers to be reviewed or edited, it is up to me to communicate those requests to the various funding companies. Requesting contracts, sending signed contracts as well as completing requirements throughout the funding process are all communicated through me. In regards to order satisfaction, it is my duty to contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of deals. All of the information in regards to deals such as offer amounts, terms, declines, and funding companies are input into the company's portal to ensure that up to date information is available; this is to guarantee deadlines are delivered to client's as promised. Coordination is, perhaps, the most important of areas that this job entails. Collaboration among different departments is the integral part of all daily activities. I work with the marketing department in order to funnel leads through Velocify and distribute them among all sales representatives. When processing deals, I must work with the respective funding company's underwriting department to facilitate a steady stream from preliminary underwriting to funding. In order to keep our store looking its best, I also was responsible for the merchandising of the products. Selling the clothing and accessories was a main component of our duty.
