Partners for Parenting, Buffering Toxic Stress Research is a ongoing five-year project with the Department of Education of the University of Maryland, College Park and the University of Maryland School of Social Work, and their collaboration with Early Head Start sites in Maryland and Washington, D.C. The main focus is to measure the benefit of a potential parenting intervention for the Early Head Start home visit program.• Collected and measured physiological and behavioral data in regards to stress and its impact on mother-child attachment styles from high-risk, Early Head Start populations• Planned and implemented strategic, personalized home visits to facilitate cooperation in data collection with child participants and sibilings• Responsible for monthly meeting minutes, and creating presentation videos in Spanish and English• Transcribed and translated audio and text from Spanish to English and vice versa

RuffaloCODY managed the Tell-A-Terp Call Center at the University of Maryland, College Park. My responsibilities were:• Hired and trained over 40 call center ambassadors to build effective rapports with alumni and parents• Organized innovative strategies through bonding activities to enhance workplace morale and aesthetic • Worked with the team of supervisors to ensure appropriate changes were made to improve prospect satisfaction • Mentored 5-7 ambassadors by cultivating their communication, problem solving, and professional skills
