I work with Directors, Owners, Entrepreneurs, and Executives in a variety of sectors including urban planning, construction, medical, technology, architecture, travel, tourism and hospitality. They all aim to build solid, sustainable businesses for themselves, their teams and their communities.3 - HOW IT WORKSMy work focuses typically on four core areas:• Business Education in all the areas of a business from financial to marketing, sales, systems & delivery, team performance, management, & leadership.• Executive Coaching on a one-to-one basis.• Strategic Planning sessions for 12 months and quarterly planning.• Facilitation of Management and Board Meetings.The programs are bespoke and tailored to the clients’ requirements, they are very practical and bring results. I provide resources, training, and support, I give objective counsel and help make lasting changes in the business. In particular, I see the “wood from the trees” and those blind spots which sometimes cloud your opportunities.
