  • Handle field activities outside the office, including inspections, estimates, evaluations, negotiations, and reporting on property claims.• Execute in-depth claim investigations and property inspections, prepare diagrams, and take photographs as needed.• Produce timely, clear, and concise adjusting reports with findings and recommendations for claim settlement within strict deadlines. • Negotiate and conclude claims, respond to clients, policyholders, and co-workers in a timely manner, and establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all parties of the claim process.• Conduct field inspections on damaged vehicles, tractors, trailers, farm equipment, boats, RVs, and cargo items.• Provide accurate estimates to the claimants and insured or repair facility, conduct Total Loss Evaluations (ACV), and obtain salvage bids.• Appraise and evaluate the vehicle's damage, arrange rental cars for the insured/claimant, and conduct market surveys of the vehicles. • Perform title transfers and depositions of the title, obtain Recorded Statements, translate on Conferences Calls with the insured or claimant, and manage Property Damage Release form settlements.• Prepare and deliver Medical Authorizations, obtain medical/police records and reports, and notarize documents and forms.• Lead scene, liability, and slip-and-fall investigations and appraise and evaluate the damage to Personal Property, including homes and personal belongings.
