Led bold anti-authoritarian litigation against Hungary over laws which criminalize and abusively tax the work of civil society groups under the pretext of controlling migration. This was the first case that OSF litigated against Hungary in its own name. Also worked on 10+ censorship cases involving bans on teaching about gender equality, LGBTQI groups.

• Worked directly with Antonio Carlos Bigonha who led the department for citizen’s rights in Brazil’s Federal Prosecutor’s Office. I conducted research and drafted opinions and complaints in areas of constitutional law.
• Assisted in the civil prosecution of public officials accused of corruption, including former First Lady Rosane Collor de Mello.
• Analyzed issues arising from changes to the UNESCO-protected urban and architecture design of Brasilia.
• Examined claims of misappropriation of funds in the construction of the subway system of Brasilia.
• Analyzed case of discrimination based on sexual orientation in the contest for admission in the Police Department.
