- Supervises 4 main groups of materials (250 SKU): ‘’Plastic Raw materials”, “Chemical materials”, "Electronic materials", "Packaging materials" group which it means 30% from total consumption value of all materials purchased for refrigerator production - Plans materials delivery according with production plan and sales forecast - Launches materials orders according to the planning - Checks supplier’s confirmation - Prepares transportation orders for the materials which have EXW delivery term; - Follows up deliveries – receives the materials on time and according with delivery schedule confirmed by the supplier - Solves the issues connected to price and quantity differences and as well payments - Follows the projects of Product Development Department (new projects, BOM changes) - Follows up quality rejections at materials receipt / production rejects and returning to the suppliers - Follows up unmoving or slow moving stocks and finds solutions for eliminating them - Keeps materials stock days within the target settled by Management Team - Analyses counting differences and find solutions for reducing it - Maintains MRP materials parameters in SAP system - Keeps in touch with Central Purchasing Department from Istanbul (suppliers’ issues, new projects, supplier’s changes, quotas) and prepare reports regarding supplied materials and quantities - Updates working procedures
