My technical skills are based on the automotive car seat industry (experience of 18 years). I have matured my non-technical skills as well, leading different projects and Teams. Adient is a worldwide Corporation: means that I have the chance to manage international Customers and Teams speaking fluently the English language and setting myself on different cultures and diversity. I have attended a ‘’Beginner’’ German language training as well. In the role of Engineering Manager, I have particularly developed my leadership and Teams coordination skills focused on Customer support/satisfaction, respecting timing and budget. In addition, the Company where I am actually employed, is really structured: means that I am used to work with specific procedure and internal processes.
