Born and raised in Italy, I have lived and worked in Italy, the UK, and the US, gaining over 20 years of experience in digital, design, communication, marketing, and innovation. Through my career, I worked with large companies, creative agencies, cultural institutions, and startups. With a managerial background (Business Administration degree from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and a Master’s in Marketing and New Media from the Catholic University of Milan), I’ve blended these skills with STEM (especially digital and technology) and the arts (exhibitions, museums, performing arts).Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to projects recognized for their excellence, including: • the EQUIS accreditation for the Venice School of Management (formerly the Department of Management of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice) in December 2023 by EFMD. • Being part of the team that developed BskyB’s mobile experience in the UK, which won the Communicator Awards of Distinction in 2015. • Contributing to the mobile experience of US lingerie brand Fleur Du Mal, recognized with the Retail System Awards in 2013.I have also collaborated with notable artists, such as Italian composer Paolo Buonvino, for whom I curated an Oscar nomination campaign in 2021 for the soundtrack of “Fatima,” directed by Marco Pontecorvo.I consider myself a “bridge builder” between business and creative sectors, Italian and international markets, and academia and industry. My goal is to harness the power of creativity to develop innovative strategies that help individuals and organizations connect, engage, and reach their full creative potential.Additionally, I am a published author and speaker, with articles in Forbes USA and presentations at international conferences. I’ve been involved in several research projects with Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, such as: • The REGENU project on regenerative economy. • Cultural Heritage 2.0, exploring digital tools to innovate business models for cultural organizations. • Urban GoodCamp, which initiated a co-design process with the Venetian community to envision a socially, environmentally, and financially sustainable Venice.I also developed the fundraising and corporate relations strategy for M9 - Museum of the 20th Century in Venice, fostering strong partnerships with companies and institutions. This effort has secured funding for temporary exhibitions and cultural projects since 2021.

Success in urban development can only be achieved through an integrated approach, where strong partnerships between local citizens, civil society, industry and various levels of government are deemed necessary. In this, the role of HEIs are crucial in taking the role of anchor organizations, and leading transformational change in their urban environments. As a researcher, I am involved in the investigation phase of the project. -
