• Responsible for setting appointments with potential buyers to meet with the sales representatives at the dealership.

• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensurethat food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner.• Count money and make bank deposits.• Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify productquality and quantity.• Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures.• Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.

• Conduct blood tests for transfusion purposes and perform blood counts.• Set up, maintain, calibrate, clean, and test sterility of medical laboratory equipment.

• Clean and organize eating, service, and kitchen areas.• Notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders.• Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments, and complaints.Prepare daily food items, and cook simple foods and beverages, such as sandwiches, salads, soups, pizza, or coffee using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures.
