Devise and execute sourcing strategies to find exceptional talent for challenging, highly specialized and/or high-volume positions· Build, nurture and maintain a pipeline of talent for the ongoing and future recruitment needs by thoughtfully communicating and engaging with its members· Develop solid relationships with hiring managers and recruiters to bring value and expertise to the recruitment process· Ensure seamless communication throughout every stage of our recruiting process while serving as a point of contact for candidates scattered across the globe· Own the Interview scheduling process· Use data to proactively bring ideas to enhance the candidate experience and collaborate with hiring teams to constantly improve the recruitment process· Support maintenance, management and accuracy of recruitment tools· Manage external job postings, ensuring they are engaging and draw in qualified talent· Assist with organization of projects, including recruiting events· Support the new hire process and other tasks relating to creating a fantastic onboarding experience for new talent· Serve as a partner to the business by understanding their function and the competencies of their team members that will drive success· Research and stay current on recruitment trends and technologies, talent market changes and industry directions. You will use this knowledge to educate other team members and inform sourcing techniques· Collaborate with global TA team members with a focus on sharing ideas that continually improve the recruitment process and deliver on objectives· Optimize data and metrics to inform decisions, maximize impact and evolve sourcing
