My role is to facilitate and support processes, especially related to people in development teams and their respective efficiency flows. In other words, my goal is to ensure that the people involved in the processes feel comfortable expressing themselves during strategic meetings and other team ceremonies, so they leave the meetings with a clear action plan, establishing a productive, safe, and fluid work environment.Some of the functions I perform include:- Facilitating and supporting the agile ceremonies of 5 teams in the technology area, ensuring flow efficiency and delivery;- Organizing and structuring agile processes and practices within teams, removing impediments;- Facilitating alignment between team members during ceremonies (Continuous Improvement, Dailies, Retrospectives, Refinement/Planning, etc.);- Developing collaborative spaces that are comfortable for team members to bring their ideas for continuous improvement activities;- Supporting the development and exchange of experiences among team members;- Facilitating team building activities and creating documentation within teams;- Monitoring efficiency and effectiveness metrics;- Creating materials related to the interpretation of metrics and other flow visualization tools to encourage autonomy and information dissemination;- Supporting the improvement of onboarding processes for new team members;- Encouraging questioning to promote cultural change;- Participating in Culture Ambassadors within the company.
