A part-time role focussing on month end processes, reporting and budgeting.

A business partnering role (Fundraising and Research Divisions), with a focus on delivering budget, forecast, month end reports and acquittal review for external grant funding. Key to success is ensuring a thorough knowledge of external grant contracts, forecasting end of life project grant spend and ensuring understanding of drivers impacting internal costs and the net result.

Key responsibilities included assisting the senior tax consultants prepare BAS returns, financial accounts and bookkeeping. Development of reporting models and frameworks to facilitate customer management reporting with a particular focus on revenue analysis.

Key responsibilities included annual asset useful life reviews, creation of TM1 modules to import SAP data, conducting investigations to ensure accuracy of data, contribution to the annual and quarterly operating plan, problem solving, identifying and implementing solutions.

Key responsibilities included capital performance reports, advice and analysis, consolidation of divisional capital plan and process management, minor pools funding management for the division, business case review and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities included monthly preparation and review of data for production of the Balanced Scorecard for the division, process improvement and updating measures due to new data sources.

Key responsibilities included financial and business performance reports, advice and analysis and budgeting and forecasting to the Executive Management across the HQ group of the division.

(6 Month Secondment) Key responsibilities included a contribution to the consolidation process of the annual planning process, review, improvement and implementation of segmented revenue planning, reporting and analysis of segmented revenue.

Key responsibilities included financial and business performance reporting, national revenue reporting, budgeting and forecasting of revenue and expenditure, stock reporting and product profitability reporting.

Key responsibilities included data entry of invoices, GST compliance, SAP Accounts Payable trainer, call centre operation, vendor maintenance, management of incorrect purchase orders, maintenance of outstanding purchase orders and process improvement.
