• Initiates requisitions and/or assists with facilitating appropriate approvals for requisitions.• Enters and tracks candidate data in various electronic systems and runs standard reports as required.• Administers pre-employment activities, including, but not limited to, coordinating forms, applications, offer letters, drug testing, and background checks.• Fields general, straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.• Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.• Continuously create and define process to improve.

• Respond to questions on basic administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, and case management system). Answer HR policy-related questions for both managers and employees, and escalate as appropriate.• Perform routine administrative processes.• Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow’s HRIS) and other systems.• Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions. • Continuously suggest process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries.

• Human resources customer service, policies, permissions, etc.• Management and Execution of training plans for operations personnel. • Handling and updating methods, records and documentation pertaining to the administrative and operations area. • Coordinate, evaluate and administer training for specific roles.• Identify training needs.• Management and control of training records. • Conducting auditing closings and findings, keep track of non-comformities and investigate root causes.
