My career in hospitality & tourism started in 2000 working as inside sales support in a Gsa, for Airlines (Gulf Air, Virgin Atlantic, Air Caraibes, etc.) I am promoting hospitality, looking after sales for Loews Hotels.Since July 2022, I am the sales manager for Virgin Atlantic and since January 2024 for Beond Airline.The responsabilities include: mapping potential clients, increase revenue as per client's target received, generate new leads, approach new segments, improving relationship with exhisting clients, brand promotion, weekly sales calls organization, webinars, participation to events, workshops, creation of a database, filling up reports as per clients needs, preparation of the marketing plan for the year.Due to the fact that I am a long term employee , my accomplishments took over years, with many clients that we had. The most important accomplishment for me is the good relationship I have with our clients, that many times showed appreciation for my job in particular for my accuracy and punctuality. Moreover, I have a nice cooperation with colleagues all over the world, sharing best practice in way to make our clients happy!Converting horizontal growth into vertical progress means for me becomig an expert of the product, better organize my working day and acquire more knowledge in a shorter time (more concentration)Thanks to the smart work , I organize my time with working hours and my hobbies (reading, weight training).
