• Work independently with brides to provide knowledge on different styles, silhouettes, fabrics, and colors to find their dream dress.• Demonstrate strong communication skills with the bride and her family throughout the appointment to build trust and ensure proper customer service. • Have knowledge of ship dates based on designers to provide brides with proper dress options that will fit within her timeline. • Preform administrative task such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and updating reports.• Maintain bridal boutique up to owner standards by making sure weekly cleaning and organization is done properly.

• Review all paperwork and make sure everything has been filed and completed properly in order to successfully pass LP self-audit.• Holding accountable all brand reps to individual sales goals by providing direction and coaching in the moment.• Making sure markdowns, inventory, and other operational tasks were fully completed. • Attend weekly management meetings and properly communicate store performance.• Properly train the team on ship from store to make sure all online order sent to the store were properly executed and completed for customers. • Have proper knowledge of each zone throughout the store in order to achieve 100% on secret shop survey.• Have open communication with brand representatives throughout the day in order to achieve all KPI goals for the day.

• Give stylist direction on how to prioritize every guest and tasks in order to achieve our daily goals. • Review resumes daily and schedule interviews in order to fully staff store properly for the business. • Fill out the Daily Hot List and make sure we are on track with our daily KPI goals.• Use our selling model “PROMISE” to make that connection with every guest and come out with a head-to-toe outfit.• Assist the store manager with any tasks that needed to be completed in order to properly run the business.

• Complete schedule for staff two weeks in advance making sure to incorporate requests off, hours for shipment, floor sets, meetings, etc.• Use a mathematical equation to properly calculate payroll, daily sales goals, and weekly sales goals in order to properly schedule for store business. • Recruit sale associates, stock associates, overnight merchandising associates, and sales leads daily to meet store needs. • Participate in daily and weekly conference calls and properly communicate store KPI goals and future store business plans. • Make sure to properly interview all candidates, send offer letters, complete paperwork, and properly train new staff while having communication with store manager.
