I’m currently in my third year pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resources at Mount Royal University, where I’m developing a deep passion for understanding the intersection of people and organizational strategy. With each class and real-world experience, my interest in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR analytics continues to grow.In my recent role as a Recruitment Intern at S.I. Systems, I gained valuable hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment. From sourcing top talent to onboarding and negotiating placements, I developed a strong understanding of how to align candidate skills with organizational needs. I had the opportunity to work with high-profile clients like Cenovus, WestJet, Suncor, TC Energy, Pembina and Nutrien.My time in supervisory roles has further sharpened my leadership and problem-solving skills, teaching me the importance of employee training, customer relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
