As IT Recruiter at Nearsure I am in charge of:- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.- Analyze specialized skills and qualifications in the screening of IT resumes.- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates.- Assess the candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.- Fill in Nearsure's IT resume format before sending the candidate's information to the client.- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Tools: GreenHouse, JazzHR (HR platform), LinkedIn Recruiter, Outlook, Zoom, Calendly, Slack, and Notion, among other tools
