I graduated from the dance career of the National University in 2015 and I have three years of studies in sociology at the University of Costa Rica.I co-directed "DiColectivo": Contemporary Dance and Culture Management; we have participated in dance and circus social festivals, both national and international.I was the director, professor and choreographer of the "Danza Contemporánea Occidente", of the University of Costa Rica Sede Occidente and Co-founder of the La Galera art and culture space in San Ramón de Alajuela; teacher of dance groups in the same space. Both projects are currently activeParticipation as an interpreter / creator in dance festivals, social circus, community festivals, commercial projects (Corona Dancer), social projects and interventions in public and private spaces, took place in Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, Honduras, El Salvador and United States.I had experience teaching dance for child and teenagers. I was the dance teacher in the School Colegio Patriarca San Jose where I taught groups since kinder garden to High School level.I had Functional Training certificate and I join this with Latin dance. I teach functional training class, cardio dance and Latin dance.On 2018 I stayed in Miami, FL dancing with the company Fluxus Haus and joining projects like Grass Stain site specific by Pioner Winter, Luck choreography by Sandra Portal and Pop Raw Art during the Art Bassel Miami.In Miami I began to participate in the inclusive dance movement during the festival Forward Motion and I was invited to be part of the company Karen Peterson and dancers.In Texas, I worked in Austin Discovery School and Faith Lutheran development center as a teacher for the after school program and with YMCA as a dance teacher and choreographer. I facilitated learning processes and directing dance works; through regular classes, rehearsals and workshops, in schools, colleges, independent groups and student groups of the University of Costa Rica.I am an artist management contemporary dance as a technique of composition and movement, I seek to incorporate other dance languages, methodologies and techniques for the creation and interpretation. The social circus, the African dance, the latin dance, the clown technique, the sociological analysis and the physical theater, had been of great influence in my work and creative research.
