When customer delight is a core priority, the relationship you share with your customers is more than a few levels deep. In such a transformational experience, the journey of the customer counts and also the experience across multiple touch-points. Human capital and organizational health is what I consider to be crucial in a business. It can make the difference in turning 'employees' into loyal, motivated 'ambassadors' of the company.
