I direct strategy and growth for Forrester's Analytics products, coaching and supporting the User and Agency NA/EU/LATAM sales teams, with high success in quarterly and annual quotas. My job includes creating training materials like playbooks and personas, frequently training sales teams, customizing pitch approaches on an account/industry/role basis, leading pitches, positioning the products to fit client needs, presenting POCs and telling compelling value stories to close the sale. My playbooks included marketing and prospecting materials - pre-written emails/content, specific uses cases, decks and marketable data points that sales can use in prospecting and lead acquisition efforts, or intro the product to enhance the full suite of other Forrester products being evaluated. I also provide customized demonstrations of Forrester’s digital data platform, introducing capabilities but also demonstrating the impact of our data on business objectives.
