As a group fitness instructor, I lead high energy fitness sessions for a wide range of people in the northern Chicago suburbs. Anywhere from high school seniors to those later in life, I have mastered catering each class to the individual's needs, and worked one on one with my clients to help them attain their goals. I work with positivity and professionalism to provide a unique experience for my clients, which has allowed me to be promoted twice in less than a year.

As a studio manager, I wear many hats. I ensure top line growth for the studio, spearhead the hiring & employee training process, implement grassroots and corporate marketing strategies, all while leading top-quality fitness classes 6-10 times per week. In my short time as a manager thus far, I have greatly increased our studio's social media presence, increased revenue per visit, (66%), new & existing client retention (12%), and customer satisfaction (16%).
