CurrentAREAS OF ENGAGEMENT: A) Project / Programme Design, Management and EvaluationB) Resource Mobilisation and FundraisingC) Partnership Building and NetworkingD) Learning and Knowledge ManagementE) Strategy Development and ImplementationF) Policy Dialogue and DevelopmentG) Capacity-Development and TrainingKEY ROLES:*Provide leadership and ensure effective implementation of projects and programmes in the Global South in the areas of SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT and RURAL LIVELIHOODS, EDUCATION and SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, HEALTHCARE and WASH, HUMAN RIGHTS with a focus on women, children, minorities and vulnerable groups, HUMANITARIAN and EMERGENCY RESPONSE.*Act as main interface of the Organization towards local teams, partners, donors, consultants.*Instrumental in the implementation of evaluations, impact assessments, effectiveness reviews and needs assessments.*Design and deliver PCM & Grant Writing workshops in multiple languages to individuals and teams and help establish regional project offices.FIELD:Feasibility, monitoring and evaluation field trips, leading multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, in rural and urban-slumASIA - India including the Northeast, PhilippinesAFRICA - Kenya, Tanzania, CameroonLATIN AMERICA - Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela
