● Credit management @Saint-Gobain Glass Romania• Responsible for development, implementation and execution of credit and collection management, accounts receivable policies, driving improvements to the DSO and helping the company meet its sales and risk management goals;• Monitoring and evaluating active accounts, to reduce and prevent bad debt losses;• Looking for ways to sustain the sales department achieve its goals, alongwith a healthy credit management;• Reconciling, identifying problems and following up on claims and disputed items;• Provide direction, focused leadership and management to the Credit Department team;• Building strong relationships and business understanding with customers, both internally and externally.

• Daily follow-up of overdues by telephone and email, envisaging DSO improvement;• Ensure that credit limits are not exceeded;• Managing and controlling of the A/R according with the internal procedures;• Identify high risk accounts and take appropriate action;• Investigating and resolving queries related to non-payment of invoices;• Working to strict monthly and annual collections targets;• Management of blocked orders: release, reporting and communication to business and customers alike;• Periodic reviews of customer's payment performance and credit facilities;• Highlight to management changes on credit facilities and trading conditions;• Ensuring that delinquent accounts are placed on hold for deliveries and business is informed accordingly;• Build and provide business reports;• Conducting business in a manner that promotes both, internal and external customer satisfaction.
