As Team Manager Client Service Delivery & Customer Success, I oversee the Contract Management, Order Delivery, and Customer Success departments. The Contract Management team is responsible for supporting all contract related requests, from both internal and external customers. The teams tasks are ranging from creating contracts, enabling a handover from Sales to Delivery, preparing the monthly billing, and is responsible for all contract related questions.The Order Delivery team ensures the successful, on time delivery of all orders received. The team works closely with several internal departments in order to successfully schedule and manage the project of large deliveries. The Customer Success Management team supports our high value customers through the post-sales lifecycle. The CSM's are the bridge between Sales and the Support department and act as the voice of the customer within Leaseweb.
