- Monitoring, documentation, and credit analysis to obtain LEED® certification for houses, commercial buildings, multi-family buildings, commercial interiors, and industrial facilities in Mexico and the United States- EDGE® certification for buildings- Energy, thermodynamic, and natural lighting modeling- International standards (ASHRAE 0, 90.1, 62.1 and 55) compliance- Commissioning agent for mechanical systems- Engineering review (HVAC, electrical, lighting, and HPS)- Creation of development plans for sustainability strategies - Recommendation of architectural and passive strategies for energy saving for certifications- Direct follow-up with clients, attention, and pro-active problem resolution
