As the Senior Marketing Manager for Shadow Spain, I assumed a pivotal role in launching Spain as a new business venture for Shadow, a distinguished French tech company. This encompassed a diverse range of responsibilities, including:* Meticulously overseeing the execution of Shadow Spain's B2C strategy across prominent social media platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, Discord, and Twitch. * Actively engaging with our community and carrying out daily moderation duties on platforms like Discord and Twitter. * Taking charge of daily content creation to stimulate engagement on various social platforms. Collaborating closely with our Internal Design Team, I spearheaded the formulation of Content Creation Briefs to ensure alignment with the statistics and insights I collected. * Regularly conceptualizing and presenting Content Campaigns on a monthly basis for our diverse social media channels. * Conducting thorough monthly reports and in-depth analyses of our social media performance to provide actionable insights for optimization. * Managing and monitoring our Discord server while assisting our dedicated customer support agents. Additionally, my expertise extended beyond the traditional scope of a marketing role:* I actively engaged in live streaming, leveraging the Shadow PC Spain account to showcase our product every Wednesday and Friday, enhancing our product's visibility and engagement with the audience. * I introduced innovative work methodologies within the Marketing Team, employing tools like Notion to create resources such as a creative roadmap, Typeforms, and a Community Management Hub. These resources have become integral to the entire company's operations, streamlining our workflow. * I was greatly appreciated for my ability to analyze and report on the weekly state of our digital channels, providing valuable feedback to other teams within the organization in a clear, and insightful manner.

For a short period of time, a very dear past work colleagues asked me to help them managing their marketing and communications strategies for a specific project at BTQ Design.I was responsible for the analysis of the briefs, as well as the interpretation of the information the companies (19 in total, simultaneously) gave us. In collaboration with the design team, we worked on a visual and communication strategy that allowed these companies to grow and expand their reach. I helped with the development of the design rationale, and helped approved the final products (website, merchandising, graphic design, etc). Also, I was responsible for the entire website, and product communication, writing everything from scratch for the 19 companies : slogan, value proposal, storytelling, etc.This was a very fulfilling experience because the companies are small businesses located in Oaxaca and Chiapas, Mexico. Coffee companies, fishermen, sustainable hotels... these small companies have an important impact on their communities and we as a team are putting our grain of salt to help them have better results in the near future.

As a Community Strategist for Spanish and LATAM Content my responsabilities are:1. Incubator Phase- Creator and Community Research a) Understanding the tone and voice of the creator.b) Creating Copywriting Guidelines for other community managers that will manage the account. c) Gather insights about the Creator's Community that could help the Operations Team to excel on their work.d) Create and Update (with the Design Team) an accurate graphic image for the Creator's managed platforms. 2. Launched Creators:- Copywriting a) Writing engaging taglines and 1st comments that will impact the video's performance.b) Analyzing the risk of demonetization and keeping updated on the platform's guidelines to avoid future problems. - Community Managinga) Moderating the Creator's community in a coherent way. b) Understanding how the community behaves and gathering information that would help over-performing on future posts. c) Create engaging conversations that will help the Page's Performance.

While living in Paris I decided to expand my marketing and communications skills, merging with one of the things that I love the most: books.I worked for two years as an independent Book editor, translator, and designer having the opportunity to collaborate with small fiction authors, Amazon KDP non-fiction authors, and marketing ebook authors. I normally received a raw manuscript of the book in English, and depending on the business goals, I was responsible for translating it to Spanish and/or French, editing the English manuscript and formatting it to a proper paperback book/ebook, and designing the entire book (cover, spine, back cover, etc).Also, because of my marketing experience and copywriting skills, I was also responsible for writing Amazon listings, book blurbs, author's bio, etc.This was a very fun and fulfilling professional experience.

Social Media Manager for Jorge Blanco's YouTube Channel 🚀 From 2015 to 2018 my team and I fully managed Mexican Singer and Actor, Jorge Blanco's YouTube Channel.🚀 In less than 3 years we built a community of 500,000+ subscribers.🚀 In 2016 YouTube awarded us as a "ROCKET" Channel - which means a channel that has overperformed in a short time since launching. -> As a Social Media Manager, I was responsible for managing the channel's content, analyzing the performance, gathering insights, and building a coherent strategy for Jorge. But, because social media managers have to know how to do it all, I also edited videos sometimes and worked as a PR Agent/Content Creator for our client during his Latin American Tour with Disney.
